DXAccounts
A DXAccount supports a users transaction activity in the DXSystem. Apart from some select services it's the gateway for funds to be transferred into and out of ('InXchanged'and 'OutXchanged') and for use in the DXSystem. DXUsers can have multiple DXAccounts. The DXAccounts support transactions between over 150 currencies and e-services and provides a seamless interface for those users transacting between one currency and another.

Default Getting out of DXInOne

Warning: Thread may contain outdated info!

After a year of stumbling through DX I realized I am in over my head. At age 72 this is just too complex. So I tried to get out without losing the initial investment, followed the FAQ iunstructions and listed the one OutXchange I was entitled to (global rating = 1 star).
A reply to my thread to DX Support requested that I open an e-gold account - which I did - "and then we'll help you."
Days later the system changed. OutX's were cancelled, and now I am more confused than before. All I want is to get out. I sent another thread to DX Support asking for instructions three weeks ago but have not had a reply. I don't mind waiting but am afraid that by doing nothing I might be bleeding my DX Account more than necessary.
What can I do / should I do? Any advise will be very appreciated.
IngHen

With out knowing what your account status is it is hard to say what to do next.
You need to know where your funds are T1 T2 or T3.
To find out what can be OX.
When you log on just click on to the time realese funds and find out where your funds are.

If on the port side then you are going to have to waite if on the account side then you may see them soon. It is somthing that you need to know.

You can also put in a support request and ask advice of DXS... they can tell you the best strategy for your individual account.

Is there anybody you trust to take a look at your account for you, who knows what they are looking for? I was gone for several months, and I'm now below ground-zero at understanding DX as it stands now. So a knowledgeable friend took a look at my account for me, and I feel much better about what I can (or hope to) expect.

Dear moderator,
I am also trying to leave DX for the same reasons HenIng gave.
I requested help from Support and received this reply:

Luckily I only invested $100 and now my values are:
TDV $127.31
Tot Reserve Bal $9.45
Tot DXDebit Withdrawn $123.25
DXDebit Avail $.81
Prod Funds $7.46
Time Rel Type 1 Funds $92.59
Type 2 $5.31
Type 3 $0
I tried an OUTX a couple of days before G2 Upgrade per Supt instructions but accts were frozen and no action was taken as far as I know.
Wow, this is getting way too long, Sorry,, Any advise????

Hi Gambler2...
While it is always good to write DXSupport for any advice on your account.. the posting of support replies here at DX4All need to follow our forum rules.

This reply was very specific to your account and I removed it.

Just by the totals alone.. I can see that you have already taken out of the system more than you have put in so.....you have a couple of choices as far as I can see.

1. Turn around and walk away as you have not lost anything.

2. Spend your RB on digots and 'drop' all remaining DXDW according to the insturctions in news article #115.

This would drastically reduce your portfolio but the remaining value would still be a 'positive' figure and capable of earning 'Production Funds'.

As those production funds are produced.. withdraw them from your DXDebit Av to your DXAccount AB and list them for OUTX.

I am sure others will be along soon with different advice.

Good luck in any further ventures.

I think gambler has probably NOT gotten his initial "investment" out -- he just got it as far as listing an outxchange.... so his $$ are tied up on AB as TR funds.

Gambler, in addition to what Ro said, you can just wait for your TR-1 funds to be released over time and then withdraw them. Slowly, but surely, they'll be back in your pocket!!

Oh yes.. probaly true.

Gambler2...The point being... you can OUTX the funds as they become 'Production Funds' but this will take time.

While you are waiting you might as well make the most of what you have to work with.

I too would like to get out of this program. It is just too much to keep up-to-date on for what the rewards are, not to mention the difficulty in withdrawing my money. I think I would rather take my chances in the stock market where likely I can get by with more profits hopefully for the same research that is required here. Before I changed over to G2 I had about $2300, which after the changeover somehow was reduced to around $2000. I have to repay some $600 before Dec/06 which will reduce my holdings in the system to about $1300.

Thanks, Leslie
